Stokes Lawrence Welcomes Trust & Estate Litigation Attorney Meghan Gross

Stokes Lawrence is pleased to welcome Meghan Gross to the firm’s Trusts & Estates Litigation practice.

Meghan represents clients in complex and sensitive disputes involving will contests, fiduciary removals, and accounting demands. She manages all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, arguing petitions, participating in mediations, and guiding clients through every stage of contested proceedings.

Before joining Stokes Lawrence, Meghan practiced at a boutique trusts and estates law firm for several years, where she developed comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs. Her work included preparing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. She also oversaw probate and trust administration from opening through distribution, handling court filings, asset transfers, creditor claims, and statutory notices with precision and care.

Meghan earned her J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2021, after receiving her B.A. in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017.
