On August 25th, Stokes Lawrence hosted a webinar on Estate Planning 101. Attorneys Steven Matyas and Saul Tilden covered the basics of putting together an estate plan. The presentation focused on the most common documents found in an estate plan, such as wills, Revocable Living Trusts, and Powers of Attorney.
