Stokes Lawrence is pleased to welcome Chelsea Fisher Boatwright to the firm’s Business and Real Estate teams.
Chelsea is a corporate and commercial real estate attorney who supports clients across a wide range of sophisticated transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and recapitalizations. She assists clients with drafting and negotiating key transaction documents, conducting due diligence, and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and securities regulations.
Chelsea brings experience advising both public and private companies across industries such as technology, life sciences, and financial services. She regularly guides clients through corporate governance matters, including capitalization, organizational documents, and statutory compliance.
Before joining Stokes Lawrence, Chelsea practiced at two West Coast Am Law 100 firms, where she played a significant role in major transactions, including venture financings, recapitalizations, and public company reporting. Her work included supporting IPOs, follow‑on offerings, and complex equity structures.
Chelsea earned her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law in 2021, after receiving her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018.
