Litigation Associate (Mid-Level to Senior)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced litigation associate who is prepared to take meaningful ownership of complex matters and play an integral role in case strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will manage significant aspects of litigation independently while working closely with a team of seasoned attorneys who value collaboration, professional development, and mentorship. This position offers the opportunity to contribute at a high level within a dynamic, fast‑paced practice, with a clear path for continued growth and increased responsibility.

We are looking for:

  • 5 to 7 years of substantive litigation experience
  • Strong legal research and writing skills
  • Significant experience with fact discovery, including managing written discovery, taking and defending depositions, and coordinating with clients and experts
  • Proficiency in drafting pleadings and a wide range of dispositive and non-dispositive motions
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent judgment and strong advocacy skills
  • Strong academic performance and superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Clerkship experience is preferred, but not required

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience.

For fifth- to seventh-year candidates, the expected annual salary range is $121,000 to $162,000.*

*Associates are eligible for non-discretionary hours bonuses of up to $15,000 per quarter ($60,000 annually). Bonus amounts begin at 1400 annualized hours. Additional opportunities for a discretionary annual bonus are available.
