About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate who’s ready to take on ownership of challenging cases and contribute meaningfully to case strategy and management. In this role, you’ll manage substantive aspects of litigation and collaborate with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentorship and professional growth. We are looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in legal research and writing
- Experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions
- Experience drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent judgment and strong advocacy skills
- Strong academic performance and superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Clerkship experience is preferred, but not required
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
For third- to fifth-year candidates, the expected annual salary range is $146,000 – $169,000.*
*Associates are eligible for non-discretionary hours bonuses of up to $15,000 per quarter ($60,000 annually). Bonus amounts begin at 1400 annualized hours. Additional opportunities for a discretionary annual bonus are available.
