Chelsea has experience working with both public and private companies across industries, including technology, life sciences, and financial services. She regularly helps clients navigate corporate governance matters, including capitalization, organizational documents, and statutory compliance.
Before joining the team, Chelsea practiced at two West Coast Am Law 100 firms, where she contributed to significant transactions, including venture financings, recapitalizations, and public company reporting. Her work included supporting IPOs, follow-on offerings, and complex equity structures.
