Boo Dodson is an associate in the Stokes Lawrence Business practice, where he advises clients on transactional, corporate, and real estate matters. His experience spans business transactions, privacy, securities, and compliance which draws on broad work in both private practice and the federal courts.

Boo assists businesses, big and small, along the entire life cycle of any deal. His wide-ranging background and expertise provide a well-rounded and strategic perspective to his practice.

Before joining Stokes Lawrence, Boo represented clients in complex commercial disputes at a Seattle-based law firm and served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Stanley A. Bastian, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington.
