Jennifer Porto is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in law firm management and operations. She has a proven track record of driving operational improvements, business development, enhancing client relationships, and helping to bring practice team goals to fruition. Jennifer collaborates closely with the Managing Shareholder and Executive Committee to oversee the firm’s administration and management. She keeps the firm running smoothly so the practicing attorneys can focus on what they do best—working with clients.
Jennifer previously served as Director of Practice Management at an Am Law 100 firm. There, she led practice management teams responsible for strategic operations and business development firmwide. In her current role, Jennifer leads the teams responsible for finance, human resources, IT, records and facilities, and marketing. This ensures cohesive, firmwide support across all functional areas to streamline operations and advance both internal efficiency and strategic growth.
Known for her ability to “take the sand out of the gears,” Jennifer consistently leads initiatives that refine processes, and align the firm’s strategic objectives with real-world implementation. With her unique blend of experience, including as a former practicing attorney, Jennifer is instrumental in advancing the firm’s cohesion and operational agility.
