Ellen Jackson assists families and the owners of privately held companies with navigating the critically important issues surrounding estate planning and business succession planning. Focusing on her clients’ wishes, she drafts estate planning documents that ensure that each client’s goals will be achieved. Ellen also assists with the probate of estates, working closely with her clients and their families to ease what can be a difficult process during a challenging time.
