Areas of Practice
Charles “Chuck” Robinson focuses his practice on corporate and partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, business succession planning, individual tax and estate planning, and trusts and estates. As both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant, he offers clients a distinctive and informed perspective on complex financial and legal matters.
Chuck has authored and presented on tax considerations in mergers and acquisitions and contributed to the Fishing Industry chapter of the Washington State and Local Tax Deskbook. He is an active member of the taxation sections of the American Bar Association, Washington State Bar Association, and King County Bar Association, as well as the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence, Chuck practiced law at Karr Tuttle Campbell.
