Becki has extensive knowledge of real estate law and is proficient in analyzing surveys and interpreting legal descriptions of property boundaries and ownership.
She frequently serves as the primary liaison among government agencies, title and escrow personnel, and clients, facilitating clear communication and efficient coordination. Becki plays an integral role in managing the closing process, ensuring proper execution of documents and confirmation of funds for each transaction.
