Overview

Meghan Gross focuses her practice on trust & estate litigation. She represents clients in complex disputes involving will contests, fiduciary removals, and accounting demands, managing all aspects of litigation from drafting pleadings and arguing petitions to participating in mediations and guiding clients through contested proceedings.

Before joining Stokes Lawrence, Meghan was an associate at a trusts and estates boutique law firm. In her role, she designed comprehensive estate plans tailored to individual client needs, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives. She also oversaw probate and trust administration from opening through distribution, handling court filings, asset transfers, creditor claims, and statutory notices.

During law school, she served as a Law Clerk in the Department of Justice’s Child Advocacy Division and externed at Lane County Circuit Court. Meghan was also a Legal Research and Writing Tutor and Public Law and Policy Fellow.
