His commercial and intellectual property experience includes representing businesses involved in contract disputes, business torts, consumer protection act and unfair business practice claims, trade secrets, and trademark disputes. John also represents several automotive manufacturers in product liability matters, and he has extensive experience defending high-value wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims.
