Overview

Bradley Wilding is an associate in the firm’s Trust & Estate Litigation group in Seattle. He supports the team in representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and families in disputes involving wills, trusts, elder financial exploitation, and other complex estate‑related matters. Bradley assists with legal research, drafting, discovery, and preparing cases for mediation and court proceedings.

Bradley previously worked as a criminal prosecutor, litigating in both district and superior courts. He also served as a judicial extern at the Alaska Supreme Court, where he honed his analytical skills across several areas of substantive state law.
