Ann frequently handles cases involving community‑property liability, trust interests implicated by divorce, and other issues unique to high-net-worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and families.

Expert Witness Experience

Ann is also experienced as an expert witness in divorce proceedings, explaining trust structures, beneficiary rights, and the nature and extent of trust interests. She has also been retained as an expert witness in professional malpractice cases in which attorneys are sued for estate-planning errors or fiduciary‑related advice.

Estate Planning and Administration

Ann also assists clients with designing and implementing comprehensive plans to reduce state and federal estate, gift, and generation‑skipping transfer taxes, and she manages all aspects of probate and estate administration.
