Angie Perkins is a practice assistant in the Real Estate and Business practice groups.
Angie collaborates with her team in commercial real estate transactions and leasing matters, from client intake to deal closing. She also assists with a wide spectrum of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, stock ownership transactions, and entity formation.
