Erika brings more than a decade of experience advising investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and lenders on high-value real estate matters. Her practice spans acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, commercial leasing, development, financing transactions, and asset management. Known for her strategic, business-oriented approach, she delivers practical, results-driven counsel that helps clients achieve commercial goals while effectively managing legal risk.
Over the course of her career, Erika has advised on more than 1,000 commercial real estate, leasing, and financing transactions across a wide range of asset classes, including office, industrial, retail, multifamily, hospitality, agricultural, data centers, renewable energy, and mixed-use developments. She has experience in transaction structuring, due diligence, title and survey review, land use and entitlement issues, construction considerations, and the negotiation of complex transaction documents.
