Stokes Lawrence is pleased to welcome litigation associate Sofia Ellington to the firm’s Litigation team in Seattle. Bringing strong analytical skills and legal knowledge, Sofia will assist with drafting dispositive motions and appellate arguments, legal research, and all aspects of discovery.
Before joining the firm, Sofia served as a legal extern with the Washington State Court of Appeals and worked as a legal intern with the Washington Attorney General’s Office. She also worked in the Muckleshoot Tribal Court while serving as a member of the University of Washington’s Tribal Court Clinic.
Sofia earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law in 2025, after receiving her B.A., magna cum laude, in Politics at Whitman College.
