Stokes Lawrence Velikanje Moore & Shore is pleased to announce that Boo Dodson has joined the firm as an associate in its Business & Real Estate Groups, strengthening the firm’s capabilities in transactional, corporate, and real estate matters. Boo is based in the firm’s Yakima office, where he will support the region’s vibrant business and agricultural communities.
Boo advises clients across the full life cycle of business transactions, bringing a broad, strategic perspective developed through extensive experience in private practice and in federal courts. His work spans business transactions, privacy, securities, and compliance, enabling him to support both emerging and established companies in complex, evolving legal landscapes.
Before joining Stokes Lawrence, Boo represented clients in complex commercial disputes at a Seattle‑based law firm and served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Stanley A. Bastian, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. This background adds depth to his approach in counseling clients and negotiating matters that intersect litigation risk, regulatory issues, and commercial objectives.
Boo earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and, before practicing law, pursued significant international and academic achievements.
