Stokes Lawrence is proud to welcome four excellent attorneys: Chrystina Solum, Julie Do, Chandler Olson, and Haley Hargraves. Each brings a set of skills and a commitment to excellence that will bolster the firm's ability to support clients' diverse needs across our Employment, Estate Planning, Trust & Estate Disputes, and Agribusiness practice groups.

Chrystina Solum joins the Stokes Lawrence Employment team with many years of experience advising businesses regarding their employment practices. Chrystina is dedicated to helping clients minimize legal risks while fostering positive workplace environments. Her expertise spans performance management, wage and hour disputes, discrimination claims, and employee leave and accommodations. Chrystina's preventive advising and experience in complex litigation and sensitive workplace investigations make her a trusted advisor for for-profit and nonprofit employers.

Julie Do, who has joined our Estate Planning team, leverages her experience as a certified public accountant (CPA), helping clients articulate their wealth transfer objectives and implement plans that meet their financial, familial, and business goals in a tax-efficient manner. Passionate about developing deep client relationships, Julie excels in understanding both legal and tax implications, advising clients on estate and trust matters, including wills, trusts, premarital agreements, tax planning strategies, charitable planning, and probate proceedings.

Chandler Olson, the newest member of our Trust and Estate Disputes team, represents clients in all trust and estate litigation aspects, including mediation, trials, arbitration, and appeals. She regularly assists beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and other interested parties in disputes under the Trust and Estate Dispute Resolution Act (TEDRA). Chandler practiced law in Fort Worth, Texas before relocating to Seattle. While at the University of Oklahoma College of Law, Chandler worked with Oklahoma Indian Legal Services, aiding low-income tribal clients in understanding federal and tribal Indian law to prevent further fractionation of family land.

Haley Hargreaves, who recently joined our Agribusiness team, assists closely held businesses, including agricultural enterprises, with corporate, real estate, and estate planning needs from formation to disposition. She works with individuals, families, and family-owned businesses on estate planning, business succession, and probate and trust administration, crafting estate plans to minimize tax burdens while addressing unique family needs. Before joining Stokes Lawrence, Haley served as a Public Defense Investigator for the King County Department of Public Defense.

"We are delighted to welcome Chrystina, Julie, Chandler, and Haley to Stokes Lawrence," said Managing Shareholder Kelly Noonan. "Their skills and dedication to our clients’ success perfectly align with our firm's values. We are confident that their contributions will enhance our ability to serve our clients and ensure their continued success."
