DEI IN PRACTICE

Attorneys and professional staff across the firm keep DEI in mind in serving our clients and developing our own internal policies and practices. Our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee (DEIC) brings together attorneys and professional staff across levels and practice areas to guide and implement the firm’s strategic DEI efforts.

These efforts include:

  • Expanding education and dialogue around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Recruiting, retaining, and advancing attorneys and professional staff from diverse backgrounds, and supporting a stronger pipeline into the legal profession.
  • Supporting law school students through mentorship, networking, and scholarship opportunities.
  • Providing mentorship opportunities and structured support across career stages.
  • Fostering a workplace grounded in respect, openness, inclusion, and collaboration.
  • Supporting equity‑focused organizations through financial contributions, pro bono work, and hands‑on community service.
  • Maintaining transparency around firm policies related to compensation, promotion, and opportunities.
  • Continuously evaluating our progress and challenging ourselves to do better.
