Samantha is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice, where she represents individuals and businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on aviation law, intellectual property, insurance coverage, and business and commercial matters. Samantha has represented clients in state and federal courts, and also assists clients in navigating the Trademark Trial & Appeal Board.
