  • Foreclosed on multi-million dollar commercial real estate for national lender.
  • Defended commercial guarantor when principal debtor defaulted on multi-million dollar loans.
  • Successfully litigated numerous construction defect claims, on behalf of homeowners, general contractors, and subcontractors.
