Shelby Stevens

Shelby Stevens is a litigation associate in Stokes Lawrence’s Yakima office, where she assists with a range of matters. Her practice focuses on drafting pleadings and motions, supporting discovery, and helping manage cases through various stages of litigation.

Before joining the firm, Shelby was an associate attorney at a Walla Walla-based firm, where she gained early experience handling unlawful detainer matters and supporting commercial and civil litigation. She drafted pleadings and legal memoranda, conducted depositions with supervision, and appeared in court to argue procedural motions.

In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Shelby is committed to pro bono service. She is involved with the Sexual Violence Law Center and Stop Sexual Assault in Schools, supporting efforts to advance access to justice and advocate for survivors of sexual violence.
