Olivia Lewis Gahm is an associate at Stokes Lawrence whose practice includes both pre-litigation counseling and litigation.
Before joining the firm, Olivia represented clients as a clinical student with Gonzaga University School of Law’s General Public Interest and Indian Law Clinic. There, she handled matters involving family law, housing, estate planning, and tribal law, and assisted in providing public defense services in the Kalispel Tribal Court. She also interned with the Federal Defenders of Eastern Washington and Idaho, supporting attorneys in client interviews, hearings, trial preparation, and appeals, while managing her own petty offense caseload.
Olivia represents clients in a variety of matters, including agricultural law, employment law, business disputes, construction litigation, and real estate litigation. Olivia helps clients navigate disputes at every stage, from early risk assessment and pre-suit resolution efforts to trial. She advises employers, businesses, agricultural producers, and property owners on practical solutions that minimize risk, protect business interests, and achieve efficient outcomes.
She earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law, where she was a merit scholar and graduated magna cum laude. Dedicated to community service, Olivia volunteered with the Women & Children’s Free Restaurant and the Washington State Bar Association’s Moderate Means Program during law school and was awarded the Platinum Pro Bono Distinction Award from Gonzaga University School of Law upon her graduation.
