Jarda is a Practice Assistant with the Yakima Business Group, where she provides administrative and clerical support to our team of Corporate attorneys.
Jarda’s responsibilities include assisting with entity formations and governance, managing Registered Agent services, supporting farm labor contractor licensing, and contributing to a variety of organizational initiatives. She also plays a key role in the firm’s document management processes, overseeing the forms and templates used by the group to help ensure consistency and adherence to firm-wide standards.
Jarda supports Jr. Cuevas, Boo Dodson, Haley Hargreaves, Charissa Johnston, and Dustin Yeager.
