Dylan’s practice includes drafting and negotiating commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and other transaction documents related to the acquisition, disposition, and operation of commercial real property. He also counsels clients on business formation, governance, commercial contracts, and regulatory compliance. Dylan works closely with businesses, investors, and property owners to develop practical solutions that support business objectives, manage risk, and facilitate successful transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Dylan practiced business and commercial real estate litigation, representing clients in disputes involving contracts, business ownership and governance matters, property rights, and land use issues. Having seen firsthand how business relationships and real estate transactions can result in costly disputes, Dylan brings a practical and proactive perspective to his transactional practice. He works to identify potential issues early, minimize risk, and help clients achieve durable business solutions that align with their long-term objectives.
