Stokes Lawrence Announces 5 New Shareholders

Stokes Lawrence is pleased to announce that five attorneys have been promoted. John Fetters, Olivia Gonzalez, Ellen Jackson, Eric Robinson and Serena Sayani have joined the firm’s shareholder ranks.

“Each of these individuals is an outstanding lawyer and we are delighted to have them join us as owners of the firm,” stated Managing Shareholder Kelly Twiss Noonan.

John is a member of the firm’s Litigation practice, where he represents businesses in a broad range of civil litigation matters, including business and complex commercial litigation, torts and product liability, and aviation law.

Olivia’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters ranging from business formation, operation and management, to the purchase and sale of stock and assets. Her real estate practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, where she assists in the acquisition and disposition of real estate for different uses, including office, retail, and multifamily.

Ellen is a member of the Yakima Estate Planning practice, where she assists clients, including families and owners of privately held companies, in navigating the complexities of estate planning and business succession planning.

Eric assists individuals and business organizations in a variety of commercial contexts, including planning, organizing, and financing business entities, handling business and real estate transactions, advising on contract and employment issues, and litigating commercial disputes.

Serena helps lead the firm’s Real Estate practice. She focuses on acquisitions, dispositions, development, construction and leasing. Her clients include real estate investment trusts, public and private pension plans, tax-exempt investors, developers, and other businesses.

With these promotions, Stokes Lawrence will maintain its status as a majority women-owned firm. The firm’s owners are now 57% women. Stokes Lawrence became a majority women-owned firm in early 2020 and is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise.
