About the Team

In this role, you’ll manage substantive aspects of litigation and collaborate with experienced attorneys who are committed to mentorship and your professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic, fast-paced practice with a clear path for progression and increasing responsibility.

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated interest in and desire to build a trust and estate litigation practice
  • Strong proficiency in legal research and writing
  • Experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and with drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions
  • Ability to work independently, with strong advocacy skills
  • Strong academic performance and superior analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Clerkship experience is preferred, but not required
