Positions currently available:

Litigation Associate - Seattle

We are seeking a litigation associate with three to five years of practical experience to join our Seattle office. Candidates must have excellent legal research and writing skills, an ability to work independently, and strong advocacy skills. Candidates should have experience handling all aspects of fact discovery, including written discovery and depositions, and with drafting pleadings and a variety of dispositive and non-dispositive motions. Outstanding academic credentials and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Clerkship experience is preferred, but not required.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For third to fifth year candidates, the expected salary range is between $135,000 - $160,000, and includes opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and/or a discretionary annual bonus.

Employment Associate - Seattle

We are seeking an employment associate with two to four years of relevant experience to join our Seattle office. Our employment attorneys represent both employers and employees in a wide range of matters, not only litigating, but also providing advice on compliance with employment laws and day-to-day workplace issues. Our employment group also maintains a robust and well-respected workplace investigation practice. Candidates with a demonstrated interest in employment law, and particular interest or experience in conducting workplace investigations and advisory work are preferred. For candidates in their first few years of practice, prior work experience in a related field is preferred. Outstanding academic achievement and superior analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For second to fourth year candidates, the expected salary range is between $135,000 – $152,000, and includes opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and a discretionary annual bonus. 

Employment Attorney

We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer at a partner or senior associate level. A successful candidate will have a minimum of six years of experience, superior communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to independently advise employers on a wide variety of employment law issues, and the ability to supervise and collaborate with others. Experience conducting workplace investigations and a full or partial book of business are desired.

Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience. For senior associate candidates, the expected salary range is between $150,000 - $200,000, as well as opportunities for a quarterly non-discretionary hours stipend and/or a discretionary annual bonus. Compensation for candidates with partner-level experience will be higher than for associate candidates, depending on qualifications, experience and expected levels of production.
