Nearly Half of Stokes Lawrence Attorneys Named Washington Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

Stokes Lawrence is proud to announce that nearly half of the firm's attorneys have been named to the 2014 Washington Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists. Eighteen lawyers were nominated by their peers to receive this distinction.

To be named to the Super Lawyers and Rising Stars lists, attorneys must be nominated by their peers. A third-party research firm then evaluates nominees on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. To qualify as Rising Stars, lawyers must be younger than 40 years of age and practicing for 10 or fewer years.

No more than 5% of lawyers in the state are named Super Lawyers and no more than 2.5% are named Rising Stars.
