About the Team
Our commercial real estate and corporate transactional team partners with clients to structure and execute sophisticated real estate and business transactions.
The attorneys in our commercial real estate practice assist clients with building their transactions from the ground up. We structure projects from acquisition through financing, joint venture, construction, development, leasing, management, and final disposition. We also counsel our clients on fund formation, management and investment.
Our corporate attorneys focus on finding business-oriented solutions to address our clients’ legal needs. Clients from a broad range of industries, such as technology, manufacturing and distribution, agri-business, professional services, hospitality, and health care rely on us to provide responsible and practical solution that will help anchor a business for the long term. We counsel clients on the full life cycle of a company.
About the Role
We are seeking a mid-level associate to join our Seattle office. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-value transactions with increasing autonomy and direct client interaction. You’ll be involved in a mix of commercial real estate and corporate transactional work and will collaborate with a team that values mentorship, professional development, and long-term career growth.
We are looking for:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in commercial real estate and/or corporate transactional matters
- Strong academic credentials and excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to engage with clients and colleagues
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation for this position will be determined based on the individual’s qualifications and experience.
For third to fifth year candidates, the expected annual salary range is $146,00 - $169,000*
*Associates are eligible for non-discretionary hours bonuses of up to $15,000 per quarter (up to $60,000 annually). Bonus amounts begin at 1400 annualized hours. Additional opportunities for a discretionary annual bonus are available.
