During the annual CLE on May 15th & 16th, 2025, seasoned practitioners will cover some of the most important developments and pressing issues affecting tribes in Washington State and beyond.

For the first time in its history, this year's CLE will be held virtually and in-person in Indian Country on the Tulalip Reservation. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 15th, and 8 a.m. to noon on May 16th.
While the agenda is still being finalized, we are excited to share a first look at several of our programs:

- Tribal Civil Jurisdiction after Lexington Insurance Co. vs. Smith
- Growing the “Fourth Branch”: Exercising Sovereign Authority through Tribal Administrative Procedures

Tuition is $245 for Indian Law Section members and $275 for Standard/Non-Section Members. This event is FREE to current law students.
