Stokes Lawrence is pleased to announce that attorney Megan Lillis has joined the firm’s business and real estate teams. Her practice includes drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, managing due diligence, overseeing lease agreements, and general contract matters

Prior to joining Stokes Lawrence, Megan practiced at a Spokane-based law firm, where she gained significant experience advising clients on business and real estate matters. Her technical expertise, combined with her thoughtful and results-driven approach, provides clients with practical solutions tailored to their unique goals.

Megan earned her J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law and holds a B.A. from Washington State University. She is admitted to practice law in Washington State.
