An experienced trial lawyer with deep aviation industry knowledge, Rob’s successful track record is reflected in defense verdicts, appellate victories and favorable settlements in high-exposure mass tort, product liability litigation, and high-profile, catastrophic aviation accidents. Rob provides sophisticated and effective handling of a wide range of aviation-related litigation, including product liability cases and matters involving Part 121, 135 and 91 operators. Rob deploys his experience and qualifications gained through his service as an Officer and helicopter pilot in the United States Army in defending his aviation industry clients.
Rob earned his undergraduate degree in engineering from the United States Military Academy, an MBA from the University of South Florida, and his law degree from the University of St. Thomas School of Law in Minneapolis.
