As a general litigation associate, McKenzi leverages her strong writing skills and exceptional work ethic to deliver favorable results for her clients. McKenzi provides counsel and advice in many areas of civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes, trust and estate litigation, tort cases, employment matters, and contract law.

Utilizing her broad experience, McKenzi approaches all aspects of complex litigation — from pre-suit investigation to trial — with a deep commitment to her client’s objectives and goals, while striving to minimize the financial, and often emotional, toll of litigation.
