Ben Werthan

Ben is a paralegal supporting the Business, Real Estate, and Financial Services practices. He works on acquisition and disposition of real estate, development, and financing. He also assists with forming and maintaining business entities, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions as well as assisting commercial lenders in financing transactions, such as construction, real estate purchases and refinances, lines of credit and other asset-based financings.
