Stokes Lawrence is pleased to announce that Theresa Wang has been promoted to shareholder.

Theresa is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property practice, where she handles matters involving copyright, domestic and foreign trademarks, licensing, and software protection. An experienced intellectual property litigator, she represents clients in federal and state courts, as well as in matters before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition to her intellectual property work, Theresa handles complex commercial litigation, contract disputes and class action lawsuits on behalf of businesses and their owners.

Since 2012, Theresa has been named as a Rising Star by Washington Super Lawyers. In 2014, she was named a Washington Leadership Institute Fellow.
