Stokes Lawrence Named Top Corporate Philanthropist

Stokes Lawrence has been named one of Washington’s Top 75 Corporate Philanthropists by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Each year, the PSBJ recognizes businesses whose philanthropic efforts have strengthened the community.

“We are honored to receive this recognition,” said Managing Shareholder Kelly Noonan. “Our firm as a whole, as well as our employees, recognizes the responsibility  we all have in supporting our communities.”

This is the third year the firm has been recognized for its philanthropic efforts, which includes the Stokes Lawrence Charitable Foundation. The Foundation’s mission is to support Northwest public charities that promote social justice and provide essential services, such as food, housing, clothing, education and health care to individuals in need. The Foundation also matches qualified gifts made by firm employees to charitable organizations. Recipients of Foundation donations include the Campaign for Equal Justice, the Washington State Bar Foundation, the Future of the Law Institute and Northwest Harvest.
