Stokes Lawrence Named One of Washington's Best Workplaces for Sixth Year

The Puget Sound Business Journal has again ranked Stokes Lawrence as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces. This marks the sixth year the firm has been recognized on this list, which ranks the top 95 businesses in Washington state. Stokes Lawrence is one of only three law firms to receive this recognition.
Rankings are based on feedback received from employee surveys, where employees are asked to evaluate their workplaces. Responses are scored on 30 items across six categories, including trust in leadership and team dynamics. Companies that made the list had the highest composite scores.
“We are very appreciative and honored to again be named to this list,” stated Managing Shareholder Kelly Twiss Noonan. “Creating a culture where our employees feel valued is incredibly important to all members of our firm, especially as we work through these challenging times.”
In addition to its recognition as one of Washington’s Best Workplaces, Stokes Lawrence was also recently named one of the largest law firms in the Puget Sound region and one of the region’s largest women-owned businesses.
