Charissa Johnston Joins Stokes Lawrence Velikanje Moore & Shore

Stokes Lawrence Velikanje Moore & Shore is pleased to welcome Charissa Johnston to the firm’s Yakima office. She will be a member of the Business, Real Estate and Agriculture practices, assisting businesses with their corporate and real estate needs.
Charissa joins the firm from Hayes, Phillips, Hoffmann, Parker, Wilson & Carberry in Denver. Her experience includes conducting due diligence and assisting clients with real estate transactions. She prepares and negotiates sales and financing agreements, lease agreements, and advises on the best use of corporate capital while minimizing tax liabilities. She also advises on private equity ventures and stock sale agreements.
In addition to her corporate and real estate work, Charissa is experienced in advising local governments on municipal and special district matters.
