16 Stokes Lawrence Attorneys Named Super Lawyers and Rising Stars

Stokes Lawrence is proud to announce that 16 firm attorneys have been named as Super Lawyers or Rising Stars by Washington Law & Politics. To receive the designation as Super Lawyer, attorneys must be nominated by their peers. A third-party research firm then evaluates nominees on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Rising Stars are attorneys younger than 40 who have been practicing for 10 or fewer years. They are nominated by fellow attorneys who have personally interacted with them. No more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state are named as Rising Stars.

The Stokes Lawrence 2013 Super Lawyers include: Brad Axel, Carolyn Cairns, Kelby FletcherKarolyn HicksShannon Jost, Aviva Kamm, Doug Lawrence, Leslie RuiterBrendan Monahan and George Velikanje.

The 2013 Rising Stars include: Justo Gonzalez, Katie Groblewski, RoseMary Reed, Theresa WangSean Russel and Dustin Yeager.

Additionally, several Stokes Lawrence attorneys were named among the top in the state. Carolyn Cairns, Kelby Fletcher and Doug Lawrence were named among the Top 100 Washington Super Lawyers, and Carolyn and Shannon Jost were named among the Top 50 Women Washington Super Lawyers.
