Anna Long’s practice focuses on employment law, including employment discrimination, workplace investigations, and the intersection of privacy and employment rights. Her combination of appellate, legislative, and policy experience equips her to provide thorough and practical guidance to clients.

She recently completed a two-year clerkship with Chief Judge Lori K. Smith at the Washington State Court of Appeals, Division I, where she managed a complex caseload of civil and criminal appeals, conducted in-depth legal research, and drafted judicial opinions. Before her clerkship, Anna served as a legislative extern at the Washington State Hospital Association and as a legal extern to Judge Beth M. Andrus at the Washington Court of Appeals, gaining experience in client-facing legal work, legislative drafting, and appellate research.
