Stokes Lawrence is proud to announce that it was recognized on Law360 Pulse's Ceiling Smashers list for 2023 for its gender diversity efforts. Stokes Lawrence ranked seventh among law firms of 100 or fewer attorneys with the highest representation of women in their equity partnerships.
According to the publication, the 2023 ranking uses a pipeline score methodology with benchmarks to indicate whether firms are keeping pace with the talent pipeline in hiring, promoting and retaining female attorneys.
