Areas of Practice
Duffy focuses her practice on all aspects of trust and estate litigation, including mediation, trials, arbitration, and appeals. She regularly represents beneficiaries, executors, trustees, and other interested parties in disputes arising under the Trust and Dispute Resolution Act (“TEDRA”). Duffy comes to her practice with an extensive background in civil litigation, commercial litigation, and managing complex discovery matters. Recognizing that she represents clients during the most pivotal — and often stressful — moments in their lives, Duffy is focused on her clients’ litigation goals, while striving to minimize the financial and emotional toll of litigation.
