RoseMary serves as general counsel to wealthy individuals, their families, and their businesses. She works closely with clients to design and implement sophisticated strategies integral to family wealth planning. High-net-worth individuals, including real estate developers, entrepreneurs, business owners, principals of private equity and venture capital firms and executives of privately-held and public companies, turn to her for advice and counsel in all aspects of wealth transfer strategies, income and transfer tax planning, philanthropy, and business succession.

She also assists families with probate and trust administration. In addition to her trust and estate work, RoseMary advises not-for-profit organizations on a variety of issues, including obtaining and maintaining 501(c)(3) status. She has been listed as Lawyer of the Year for Nonprofit/Charites Law and Trust and Estates by Best Lawyers, and is ranked in Chambers and Partners High Net Worth guide.
