As a general litigation associate, Marthy assists clients with business disputes and litigation involving employment and contract law. In addition to these areas, Marthy also contributes to cases involving Federal Indian Law.

Prior to joining the firm, Marthy gained valuable experience through externships and internships spanning Tribal Law, Immigration, Intellectual Property and Corporate matters. At the General Public Practice and Indian Law Clinic, she assisted members of the Kalispel Tribe in civil, criminal and family cases within tribal court. Marthy also dedicated her summers to furthering her legal knowledge, working at the Immigrant Rights Project (NWIRP) Child Youth Advocacy Program, as well as splitting her time between Lee & Hays, PS and Facebook In-House Corporate Counsel.

In addition to her legal career, Marthy has a deep commitment to public interest and mentorship. She is currently serving as the 2024 Director to the LSAC PLUS Program at Heritage University, a program that aims to make a law degree more accessible to diverse students, especially Latinx and Indigenous students in Central Washington.

Marthy has native proficiency in Spanish and enjoys spending the holiday season with her family in Morelos, Mexico. In her free time, Marthy enjoys traveling, reading, CrossFit and going on walks with her mini husky, Benito.
