Practice Overview

After almost 30 years as both an in-house bank lawyer and with his own firm practicing banking law, Alan joined the Financial Services practice at Stokes Lawrence. Alan represents financial institutions in all aspects of commercial lending, including unique experience representing banks in tax-exempt bond financing.

Alan played freshman basketball for the University of Washington and participated for many years in Bloodworks Northwest’s “Swim for Life,” swimming the 2.5-mile route across Lake Washington several of those years. In his free time, he plays with his grandchildren at every opportunity.
