In a highly anticipated decision issued yesterday in one of the EEOC's most high profile cases, Judge Edward F. Shea of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington ordered the EEOC to pay attorneys' fees, expenses, and costs to Stokes Lawrence clients Valley Fruit Orchards, L.L.C. and Green Acre Farms, Inc. in the case of EEOC v. Global Horizons, Inc.
