Today, Stokes Lawrence welcomed nine attorneys and six staff members from Mills Meyers Swartling (MMS). Effective September 1, MMS is no longer offering legal services.

The team joins the highly regarded Stokes Lawrence Litigation and Business practices, deepening the firm’s pool of talented lawyers. The addition of the MMS Aviation practice will expand the firm’s capabilities to serve clients in the aviation industry.

MMS attorneys joining the firm include Caryn Geraghty Jorgensen, John Fetters, Eric Robinson, Bruce Winchell, Ray Weber, Brett MacIntyre, Rachael Wallace, Samantha Pitsch and Jim Wilkens.

MMS staff include Operations Manager Sarah Finney, paralegals Michael Russell and Jennifer Seeley, practice assistants Linda Wheeler and Anna Armitage, and accounting specialist Bev Sparks.

The addition of the MMS lawyers brings the Stokes Lawrence roster to 55 lawyers. With the addition of Caryn as a shareholder, Stokes Lawrence is now a 50% women-owned firm.
